My most recent work is based on folk tales. I draw motifs from a specific collection of Czech folk tales and humor, but I do not try to directly illustrate them. Thematically and practically, I follow up on previous works related to rituals associated with marriage, i.e., with imaginary life goals, traditions, and customs. The main focus was on the cemetery - the still life’s that are created there under the hands of people trying to create something "beautiful."
